i retopologized both feet as shown in the figur but when i press “A” the adaptive skin of a one foot seems to be upside down
whole body done correctly …only the feet and the hands gave this error …plez help me

Um…it does happen once in a while…what I had to do was creating the area which have problem separately (The flip the normal by going to Tool > Display Properties > Flip ) and join them later…either by another retopo pass / projection or take the base to another apps to join the vertices then come back to reproject details.

It looks from the first pic that you might have constructed your toes like
pic 1 (rectangular toes)
If this is the case, it’s a known issue. Try building them six-sided as in pic 2
It’s a lot safer.
