Hi, I’m new here and new to Zbrush. I am having trouble with the move,rotate, scale action line. I’m getting a sphereical gizmo thing instead. It works but every tutorial and video I see is using the action line tool and I want to as well.

In your screen grab, you are in 2.5D mode. In order to use the Action Line, you have to be in 3D mode. To be in 3D mode, “Edit” (T key) has to be enabled and your mesh has to be either an imported mesh or, if using one of the ZBrush primatives, you have to click “Make PolyMesh3D” .

I figured out how to do it about 1 minute after posting. Figures.
