Achieve an uniform mesh after using Zspheres

I was doing one of Zbrush tutorials on pixologic (Now more wine) but after creating a tool with Zspheres I can’t find out how to get a uniform mesh, I mean, where the zspheres were big I get big squares (low definition) but on the places of the mesh where I used little spheres the mesh gets more detailed, that’s it, after working with Zspheres and making the adaptive skin I don’t get a uniform mesh, any suggestions? What I’m doing wrong? I can’t find a solution. By the way I think there’s a tool to reordering the topology of a mesh, is that possible?

PD: By the way I’m really noob on Zbrush, I work with Maya but I’m starting working with Zbrush, I need to do a 3d character sketch as the one of the picture (very cartoony style and plane), I know zbrush is a very powerful tool for organic modeling but what I’m planing to do is very plane and simple, does anyone know any special tools for this? Any keywords I have to search for, any topic, thanks (any recommendation would be nice!).
