Hi guys! I am a new zbrush user and I’ve been trying to figure out a good masking workflow. What is the most accurate method of working with masks? I find myself trying for hours to select certain parts of the geometry accurately because it is difficult to view the model from certain angles. Any workflow suggestions for quickly and accurately selecting masks? (I saw the grow/shrink selection but it only works on geometry) I really appreciate any suggestions! Thanks!
Sometimes masking all, erasing what you want to be masked and inverting work well. Axis plug helps. Hide parts you don’t need to see/work on. http://docs.pixologic.com/?s=Masking
