Account migration problem

This morning I deactivated my copy of zbrush at home online so I could use it at work. I received a deactivation email that told me the license was free to use on another comp.

I went to work and tried to activate online, but it’s telling me that I’ve used up all my activations, so it sends me to a page that shows my activation history. That list shows that my home computer is still active (even tho I deactivated this morning) and has an option for me to deactivate. However, when I select my home computer and hit “request deactivation” it gives me an error telling me to select a comp to deactivate…even tho it’s already selected.

Im not really sure what to do, I haven’t gone home to check if I can still access zbrush on my home comp, but I didn’t think this would be such a big hassle.

Any thoughts?

There was an error on the activation server overnight and into this morning that resulted in this message even when activations were available on the serial number. The problem was fixed late this morning and activations are operating normally.

Simply try Web Activation again. It should work fine now.
