Hi. I have created this guy recently.
Technician.
Concept was done in zbrush, retopo + UV mapping in Modo, final sculpt in Zbrush, baking in substance designer, texturing in substance painter.
I Used this Substance Painter preset https://gumroad.com/l/apaxR for texturing.

I used Zbrush for top mech concept - after that I’ve made retopo and rendered scene in modo. Final effects in Photoshop.
