Set the number of subdivision levels using Tool>Adaptive Skin>Density, then press Tool>Adaptive Skin>Make Adaptive and finally select the new model in the Tool palette.
I recommend studying and mastering TransPose, though. With practice you’ll find that it’s faster and less work than using ZSphere rigging.
