About the next step for ZBrush

Speechless!!! :grimacing: :grimacing: :warning: :grimacing: :warning: :grimacing:

Thank you, guys. Please post recommended
machine specs to get the best out of ZB3.

Cheers

I feel a little sory for mudbox, it’s going to have a very rough first year.

Just like I imagined

LEMO WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOUR PRESENT WIFE IF YOU MARRY AGAIN ?:D:D:D:D

iNSTEAD i AM STILL A BACHELOR and free;)

Thank you for being a commerical company that actually makes a worthwhile update. I’ve been seeing way too many product upgrade versions that have 2 new ā€œokā€ features and ask for another $200+ from you :stuck_out_tongue:

Thanks Pixologic for going that extra mile and not dissapointing us. I can’t wait!

I simply move to Utah :sunglasses:

I’M SPEECHLESS.

i’ve been sitting here for a while trying to come up with words that explain my excitement. i might have to get a paperbag to put over my head to stop the hyper-ventillating. my reaction reminds me of my excitement WAY back in the 70s as a kid seeing the star wars trailer for the first time before it was released.

I wouldn’t mind in the least to have paid for this upgrade, in fact I should think it made more sense. But the good will you have created here is probably worth even more. I hope you will create such a buzz that cause you to sell an insane number of new copies and make you all fantastically rich! Thanks again ZB!

I can honestly say that the new features are a pure joy to work with. You will find yourself falling in love with the artistic process all over again. The love, dedication, and planning Pixologic has put into ZB3 can be seen in every aspect of the program. Using it is like walking into a new uncharted world where every path you take ends not at a destination but leads rather to a convergence of thought and creativity. The possibilities are endless.

Congratulations to Pixologic on a job exceedingly well done. To Ofer I would like to extend a personal message of thanks for sharing your vision with us and for helping us breath life into the imaginations of our mind. You sir are most certainly a visionary.

-Love and respect,

great video, but i wanna see the iceberg not just the tip

one question: a friend of mine wanna buy zbrush but he cant atm coz he has no money, so if he buys it later will zbrush 3.0 be more expensive than 2.0? or do he has to buy the old 1.23 and then paying for the upgrade? how much will be the upgrade?

This is pretty much the feeling i got when I fired it up. It literally floored me. Overwhelmed actually, it’s like… like… oxygen

OMFG
This is strongiloical flatonical awesome,
can`t wait till touch it! xD:D

ZB3 looks amazing :+1: , congratulations to PIXOLOGIC for a great job.

two question about the perpective camera.

1-Would the ZB3 perp. camera be the same as the perp. view that ZB2.0 MAC version has?
(i have never used the ZB2.0 MAC version, but some guys seems to not be happy with the perp. view on it)

2-Would the perp. camera in ZB3 have the option to control FOV?

Thanks

What could be better? :bulb:

This looks like it will be the most valuable thing–by far–that I’ve ever gotten for free! I’m still amazed that Pixologic is just giving away all these amazing new features.

WOW. it’s every bit as impressive as I could ever have hoped for. I do have a few questions (that likely can’t be answered due to nda but anyway here goes):

hd geometry, is this more of a buzzword to describe the insane amount of polygons zb3 can handle or is it something else?

lazy mouse, didn’t quite get this while looking at the video. there’s some red trailing of the stroke, what does it do?

speed, how much of a speed increase in terms of polygon manipulation would you estimate zb3 has over zb2?

someone please fast forward to may 15th.

Comes in see the replys around… thinks why are they hyping it… download the video and its looks decent…

ALRITE I cant hide it… This is JUS SUPERB… Hats off to Pixologic… (I dont wear any but I will buy one and do that )

I jus hope now the interface is fixed…

Seems like some kind of ā€œdeco brushā€ but outside Proyection Master to me…

thanks for the great news.

i have few questions if you can kindly answer.

*will zb3 take advantage of high end opengl accelarators

*will zb3 have realtime smooth priview while sculpting

*what is the recommended desktop reslution? (zb2 works well in small resolution like 1024x768. how will that change in zb3?)
