Thanks dear pinkarman.
I hope the best of the best for you too.
Ciao.
Suzana
well if you are moving here…ya better bring a winter coat, and long johns and hat and gloves and snowshoes etc.
winter is coming…which means it will be 85 one day and -45 the next!
Hi dear aminuts
The world is sooo small, I see this now.You are also in Chicago - believe me this really makes me smile. You know I was living for some 10 years in Switzerland, and it was so cold - I never forgot that. Living in San Diego is great, but we have here just hot-rainy or hot-not-rainy. I am to much the romantic type not to miss some snow for Christmas.
As long I am not a pop-stickle.
Best of the best my dear artist and hear ya soon.
;)
Good luck for your new project my lady!!Looking forward for your work about games…Whenyou’ll post something let me know(with a reply or a private message, smoke signals, telegraph, telepathy as you want).
WANNA LOOK?
MattHHH
Thanks dearest MattHHH.
I will let you know.
:D
I try not to use photoshop as little as possible simulating truth pipleline situation - just this is relevant for my project.
Here is one of my major background designs (I have about 30 different, few just finished) which I did in Zbrush and than exported to Maya, made some atmospherics to it, some rigid dynamics with vortext fields for simple particle systems, but also emition form the mountains(top areas) which I froze at some point of time. I composisted everything in After Effects (among others blur effect) and color adjusted it. I used occlusion and separate layer for particles. A special shader for glow highlight - no causics. I also used simpleSSS with final gather. I did not use global illumination - to expensive. Volumetric material for the clouds.
Not to mention it tends to be expensive to render something like this for a whole sequence. I will have to make compromises. For the textures I used Zbrush and Painter combined (splotch effect). At the end it will most probably not look the same in the animation - this is good for a short of few seconds, but too much work for a 6 min piece.
Best luck to everyone and see ya very soon when I start my new job, and continue working on this project.

I am curious how my project will do in other forums.
For the first time I am posting my works on several other forums to see how people will react, get more exposure. Hopefully also getting some useful feedback. Indirectly I will be promoting Zbrush and this community.
I let you know how it develops.
Best luck to everyone.
cool pic…makes me long for colorado sunsets.
remember when ya move to pack your clean underwear with you they always seem to get lost on long distance moves ya know.
You old joker…
What would be my forum life without you. A grey screen. Colorado you say - you are right. My cousin lived there, and I was driving through. I was certainly somehow under influence. Sadly enough, while I move I will not have time to work on this project. I will be away for 1 month. Perhaps you write some great scripts and I try it out.
Ups, I lost something … thanks to God nobody can see me now…
:o
Best luck and hear ya hopefully sooner than later.

Suzana, that’s a real nice picture you made!
Good luck!
I love the colours of the backgroung. The combination is perfect. Excellent job. It created special mood. It is a lanscape from other planet. I like this feeling.
Dear Bas Masur

Your opinion and support is for me of highest importance, You are always here to support me. Your image Evolution was the one which made me try out Zbrush. I hope you will post again something like Evolution - of another subject. Its a great and definitaly just your style, if you know what I mean.
Best luck and lots of creative thoughts.

Ehi ehi ehi Suzy that’s a great update!Very like the style reminds me the “LORD OF THE RINGS” Misty Mountains or a sunset in the Rocky Mountains as Aminuts had already said before me.
Anyway your “dreamy” style is always an eye-cure for me after having look the darkness of my Hugger.
Regarding my beastie there’s the link down here,if you wanna see my last updates.
There’s also my new work link Fantasea but this for the moment is only a group of very fast sketches(all made in about 2-3 hours). But the REAl work will be something similar.
Hope to what do you think about both my latest updates dear friend.
See you soon,my favourite ZB woman…
WANNA LOOK?
