a Tablet PC for Zbrush?

Are they really ready and comfortable for a work in Zbrush? I am especially interested in those non wacom ones like surface pro and especially Acer Acer ASPIRE R7-572

Do somebody have an experience? How is the pen ? Monitor?

well, first and foremost you need to make sure that the tablet you buy is using the same drivers for pen input that zbrush supports. Which I believe is WinTab. The surface pro 3 doesn’t support this. No clue on the Asus one.

I learned they use so called N-trig drivers that should work currently in Photoshop. Curious about Zbrush?

ZBrush requires Wacom or Wacom compatible pen tablets:

thanks for the info Marcus. Do somebody know a decent modern compatible tablet beyond pricey wacom companion?
