‘A problem was detected with your license file. Would you like to recover now?’
I rang pixologic as suggested and they are closed (I am in Australia) I’ve tried to put in a support ticket and my password no longer works. I requested a new password and haven’t received an email…usually that’s pretty instant right? So I’m stuck, finally with a limited time to REALLY get into Zbrush and my license seems to have randomly disengaged?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
