Hi…
I have a character that i’ve sculpted and used HD sculpt as well…
Now i’m trying to texture this creature and I thought that if I applied a cavity mask and then went into projection mode i’d be able to use that cavity mask to start texturing… so that I could paint darker colors in the creases etc…
For some reason when I o into projection mode however, it doesn’t seem the cavity mask affects my brush.
Do I need to use a special brush? Am I missing some step to have this work?
Also can someone provide information on how to export a cavity map properly? I want to create one for a sort of AO type mask but its hard to get the settings right… anyone have much success with doing this?
