a depth of layer resets after I switch rotate mode to edit mode

Some bugs I don’t like:
I can’t see and transform and edit my model when layer is filled out with texture
If I create new layer often I lost texture on old layer

  1. Fill out layer with my texture to model reposition

  2. Change mode from edit mode to rotate mode to ajust depth of model and reposition it above background

  3. When I change mode to edit again a model jumps back to its depth before and background splits model half.
    What’s wrong with it?

Did you ever find out why the depth changes when you exit edit mode?
