@SquidWatch: Thank You Squidwatch! The timelapse is a screen grab of my zBrush Session: to have the tools on the bottom bar I have customized the zBrush Interface.
Here the steps:
1- In “Preferences” menu, under “Custom UI”, you have to click the “Enable Customize” Button
2- Now You can chose any Button/item from the menu and “CTRL+Click” to drag it in the desired place

3- When you have done you have to disable the “Enable Customize” Button
4- If You are happy of your new interface you can press “Store Config” in “Preferences” menu, under “Config”: Now, each time you start zBrush, you have your new UI!
