I need your help.
I selected a color under cursor and wanted to use the exact same color for polypaint. however, when I did, it came to the different color. I have attached a image what I mean. it seems to be a color before turning on polypaint > colorise.

The only things that I can think of are
a) you held Ctrl and applied a mask by mistake
b) you have Brush>Alpha and Texture>Polypaint Mode set to something other than 0.
However Polypaint Mode doesn’t work for me with the Inflat brush.
Try switching to the Standard brush and try again.

I may change something in material. I am still wondering how it happened but I got a solution here.
save sub tool as .ztl and import the ztl with a new zpr.

Doh, I should have noticed the brush he had selected. 
Good possibility that’s it. Also, if you would like more than one color on the mesh, that’s possible but, you need to fill it first and then change to the other color you want. Polygroups are a great way to get more leverage out of the program.
