A while ago I decided to start doing some busts untill I get them to look right and so kept going and here is my latest bust
started from this base mesh (kindely provided by the great Pointpusher)

Good job! I am also a noob to sculpting, can you tell me where I can download that base mesh?
its really nice, watch the width of the mouth, the corners of the mouth should be lining up more with the pupils more than they are, as it stands he’s a bit froggy :lol: nice start so far
