Sorry if this has been asked but I couldn’t find a direct answer. I already use ZBrush on a regular 32 bit system but I am getting another machine for more processors for C4d. I was just curious, is there a ZBrush 64 bit version, and can it utilize 6 or maybe even 8 GB of RAM?
If not, will it eventually? Is there some sort of time frame, and what are the expectations? I appreciate any information, even if it’s vague, just so I can get a general sense of what is anticipated/going on.
Zbrush 3.1 is x64 compatible. Works fine for me. I don’t know if there is a limit to the amount of RAM zbrush could use but if there ain’t a financial barrier get as much as you can.

ZBrush is 32 bit so it is limited to 4Gig, but if you have more on a 64bit system, i can use 4Gig which makes it a multi-multi-millionnaire.
If only Cinema would be able to work with as many polys instead of them maps!
