Hi,

i have a biiiiig problem. I just got a model which has polygon with more then 4faces. The Problem, if i import this to zbrush, zbrush make holes or change the geometry of the model. Is there a way to import the model without any changes in the topology? Because the model is allready skined and animated.
I only wanted to sculpt details and export it with auv oder guvtiles. After that i would copy the uvs to the animated model

n-gons can create problems. 5 sides are unpredictable, depending on the surrounding mesh. 6 or more sides are a guaranteed mess.

You should try to always use tris or quads. Preferably all quads. My recommendation is to rework the topology a little before you bring the model into ZBrush.
