Greetings. I’m having trouble to find out, how to disable double slider functionality at draw size slider. Top one is much slower (precise) than bottom one, which is very distracting while sculpting. Is there a way to disable it?

That should not be happening. There should only be 1 slider. You might have to re-install ZBrush. Download and use the full installer. Do not use Auto Update in Plugins palette. Make sure that you install as Administrator and that you have your antivirus disabled.
No, that’s a feature. It’s intended to give you finer control when the slider has a high number of values. Setting your Preferences>Draw>Max Draw Size to 1000 or below should disable it. (It’s not new to 4R8.)
