4R2 Retopo problems

Hi, I’ve been using ZBrush 4 for a while and recently got 4R2. Works great, however I have encountered one problem.
I usually make my models by sculpting, then using Zsphere retopo to get me a nice low poly model and reproject the details on it afterwards.
However somehow my ProjectAll doesn’t seem to work properly in 4R2.
I get half of my mesh projected just fine, the rest is missing.

I suspect it has something to do with the shape of the low poly, as it only projects parts that are under the original mesh. Anything overlapping will not get projected.

Seems quite logical actually, however this never happened to me in Zbrush 4. How do I fix this? o.o

Hmm adjusting the distance slider next to the ProjectAll button did solve the problem for some meshes, however it doesn’t work for meshes that have some thin parts to them, as I need to adjust the slider too much for everything to be projected, and part of the thin mesh is being projected on the other side instead D:

So I’m still hoping for some sort of reply!
