I’m trying to get some life out of the latest GoZ for my 3DSMax 2009 but whenever I open 3DSMax, it gives me the following error:
Runtime error: dotNet runtime exception: Invalid directory on URL.
The GoZ menu DOES show up in 3ds, but nothing happens when I hit ‘goZBrush’ in that menu.
I extracted the Macro_GoZ.ms file into Max’s Scripts/startup folder properly like the instructions said but I still get that above message. Whats wrong?
Also, when I go to prefs/GoZ in ZBrush and hit the Force Reinstall button, there is NO LIST that comes up. ZBrush doesn’t seem to think I have Max or any other app. Hitting Update All Paths doesn’t seem to help any and the Update Application Paths button stays gray.
The GoZ upgrade install instructions are a bit complicated. For a start, on steps 2 and 3, I do not have a folder called Users/Public. Does it mean all users/startmenu/programs?
