3ds max <-> zbrush normalmap help!!

Hello,i would like to know how can i do something like this model,i’ve mean if i sculpt model from lowpoly to high and create normal map but i would like to unwrap in 3ds max before create a normal map in zbrush like this model.
i really your advice or the tutorial links.
