3DS Max to Zbrush - Uvs problem

Hi guys!
I’m recently learning zbrush on my own. I wanted to make low poly model with high poly projected normal map and polypainted map (diffuse). I’ve created an alien sculpt in zbrush with 1 to 6 subdivision lvls.

This is how an highpoly alien looks like with polypaint (without texture on):

then I exported low poly (1st subdiv lvl) to 3Ds Max, unwrapped it and imported this unwrapped model to Zbrush again in order to make diffuse texture. This is what Zbrush created for me:

This problem does not appear when unwrapping is made by uv master, but always when I export and import it between 3ds Max and Zbrush. It looks like at unknown moment polygons are flipped. Does anyone have an idea how to cope with it? If this problem has appeared before - I’m really sorry, I’ve searched the Internet all day. Thanks in advance!

Are you using GoZ?
I ask that because importing a file from Zbrush in Max and then exporting back to Zbrush complicates a lot the process as you need to have in consideration the export format used and the settings for import - export in both programs. In any case double check if the faces are flipped and you have double face active in tools-display properties hiding that.

Thank You so much! Using GoZ helped - its working like a dream  Thread can be closed now.
