3Ds max displacement map problem

Hi,

i have problem with my displacement map, while rendering in 3ds max with vray. There are some kind of artifacts or holes in disp. map and i am realy kinda lost now. I have read many threads about quite similar problems, but did not found any solution for this.

I have been folowing tutorial for exporting displacement map from zbrush to 3ds max, which i found on zbrush central.

I have my own uvs, exported disp. map with DE options.
For vray displacement modifier i use 2d mapping, amount 0,8, shift -0,4, precision 12, tight bounds on.
I use turbosmooth, render iters: 4

Initialy it hought it uv seams error so i changed uvs and seams are now on different places than where this error is happening, so i realy dont know what could be causing this.

please if you can help i will be very very thankful.

Edit: I checked those seams again and it looks that on the leg where is the artifact biggest might be seam, but also on the eybrows for example where is little noise are no seams at all.
