3D Printing Question: Will the Optimize function make the model hollow?

Hi All!
Ok, will the ‘Optimize for 3D printing’ function automatically make my model hollow? Or, do I have to do that myself? And if the latter, can anyone help me with or know a tutorial for doing that?

Hi Will, as far as I know it does not hollow your meshes. I found this tutorial that works in ZBCore as well.

Alternatively you can use MeshMixer which is a free program from Autodesk that you can also use to scale your model to the exact size you want:
