Love it. Paint job is fantastic.
Those LEDS in the eyes are so cool!
This is absolutely stunning! I can’t get over how perfect it is, perfect sculpt, perfect character, perfect paint… I want one!
Thanks guys! planning a resin kit, just trying to work out if there’s enough interest.
This thing is huge
May I ask how did you paint cracks on edges, did you just wear off some of yellow paint?
Great!! Very well made video too, would be cool if you’d post it here alongside some ZBrush screenshots

Etcher, thanks! I’ll do that.
This model was made a while back, but I’ve recently been getting into renderman, so blew the dust of it and rendered some new images.

Hey Paul
Great piece. The video is outstanding as well. Did you sculpt all Eddie in ZBrush? Would be great to see any breakdowns that you may have in ZBrush.
FYI…If you want it’s also possible to imbed your Youtube videos right in your thread. Here is the info on that. Just scroll down to the bottom of this link. http://www.zbrushcentral.com/misc.php?do=bbcode
this is amazing. excellent paint job and well done design.

Thanks guys. Does the forum usually add new threads to your existing ones? I posted the second images in a new thread, different title, but they’ve been added to “3D print project” is that something I did by accident?
I don’t know if the forum automatically does it, but mods may do it to consolidate multiple recent entries by a single artist. This helps keep the boards tidy, and also benefits the artist by directing more views to a single thread. The board rewards threads that receive more than 500k views by featuring them in the “Most Popular” forum, which gets even more attention for your work. The chances of that happening are much better for a single frequently-updated thread, than multiple smaller ones.
My theory, anyway. That said, weird stuff does happen from time to time with the “ZBSee-mode” forum scripting.
Thanks Scott, makes sense.
Cheers.
