3D Print Exporter does not export… After I set dimensions I click on ‘STL’, I give the file a name and then it exports to my folder (in a very unusual short time) but the file is nowhere to be found. ZBrush 4R6 OSX.

Sometimes things may not be saved where you wish or expect. You did a search and found nothing?
Nothing! I even made a new folder, the folder remains empty. Did a hd-search, nothing. It’s not working.
I use it all the time and it works fine for me. It does export very quickly though. I’m fairly sure when you hit stl, you get a dialog asking fir file name and location. Do you get that?
