thnks for liking my work…lemonnado and ashwin…the clothes r 3d too but i have intensionally given the look like a portrait …one more thing i want to know is which 1 du u guys prefer the color or black n white…plz reply…and hey willl post the wires too

Excellent work! I like both of them, the black and white version looks almost like a photograph. Only one small crit, the clothing does look a little 3d, maybe too much specular on the colour version? Fantastic modelling and texture on the head though!

…portrait

AVINASH: It is a laudable attempt to prepare a portrait of the veteran statesman and engineer, Sir M Visweswarayya. Your modeling skill is obvious.
Probably you did not get a good reference to prepare the portrait, because the resemblance is missing . Could you please post the reference you have used to prepare the portrait.
Perhaps I can help you with a better one.

That has a very nice style to it.

A fantastic introduction to the forum.

I look forward to seeing more work from you in the future.

This is fantastic! (I actually love the painterly quality it has.) All that detail looks so real.

Hats off to you too avinash3ds.

The craftmanship is beautiful and the concept has personal influence. I paint portraits in oils and the seek the same influences for non commission works. Often the people around you become the best subjects. Good job mate, good job.

Welcome to the community Avinash. Wonderful first post. Keep it up.
