3D Layer-Blendshapes

Hello Members
Some questions regarding workflow when utilizing 3D-layer/blendshapes functionality.
I have a modeled a Charakter and I want the eyelids for example to be open and closed. In default-pose the eyes are modeled a little open . Apparently I can only do the 3D-layer with the highest polycount setting. So I wrote out a .obj from level 1 and do the posing for layers.
First layer I set as the eyes were closed but when I do the min-max slider (-1 to +1) the eyelids are way to much open at -1 setting. Is there a way to also set the mesh at the opposite extreme (slider at -1)?

Second Question: Is there also a way to get my higres model loaded without to loose all the 3D layer/blendshape information.
I know I could load the higres version as subtool and then do ProjectAll every time the lowres it is devided but I think this is rather clumsy. Maybe there is a easyer way to do this. Any suggestions. Are there some tutorials about the layer thingy.
Help appreciated. Thanks in advance.
regards
Alex

Me again… Found a way for my hirezmesh/layer ‘problem’.
When in record mode of the 3d-layer it is possible also to sroll back in the resolution of the model. --> So there is no need for reimporting of the mesh aso. ZBrush4 is really cool!
