32 bit displacement getting lots of spikes inflated areas???

i got my displacement map from zbrush and when i render, i get all these spikes or fatness to the points on this model? anyone know how i can fix this? if not i think the only way i can is by MANUALLY painting this all out in mudbox or something.

In zbrush everything is fine, ive seen this happen before too, dont know how i’m suppose to fix this…

What version of ZBrush are you using? What are you rendering in?
