16 bit alphas show up as grey out box?

Hey all, I’m having a problem with 16 bit alphas I create and ones I download from pixologic’s website. They show up as greyed out boxes and simply don’t work. Here is an image.

Also a 2nd issue which ui file do I override to have my custom ui load on zbrush startup?

What version of ZBrush are you using?

Zbrush 4 R2

Preferences > Performance and set PreLoad File Size to maximum and import your alpha.
