Ztool loaded in with orange chrome material

I’m not sure what’s going on, but when I load my Ztool, the model is orange chrome. I’ve tried painting over a new material, but now it won’t go away. Is there a way to be sure that it’s not baking that material out to my maps to Maya?

I’ve gotten rid of it before, but for some reason, I can’t “paint it out” with a new material.

Any ideas?

Try switching to the flatcolor material and using Tool: Texturemap: Fill Map to get rid of any material that might be assigned to the texture map in zbrush.

Thanks. I did that, and then reloaded the texture map, and voila. Very strange that it likes that orange chrome as a default.
