Zsphere rigging

Hi guys!I’m really having an hard time at this: i don’t seem able to complete a rig using zspheres cause if i add a model tool and press on TPose mesh on traspose master plugin it says “please select a model with subtools and try again”,but the model is already selected!
If instead i put on the scene a zsphere,then im the rigging palette in the tools menu and “select a mesh” from there,after posing (if the program doesn’t freeze trying to do it -.-) when i click on TPose>SubT in traspose master the message "load a TPose mesh from disk£ appears and he’s looking for files with the extension .GoT O_O.
Is it me doing something wrong or is the program behaving oddly???

P.S. anyway,how much polygonsshould be a mesh to easily pose it??Cause if i try to pose a model with details sculpted it freezes and stops responding

You need an armature and a solid mesh to deform unless you’re using subtools.

I’m trying to use subtools,and by the way i was following this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-vA2mp6a-QQ
but for me just doesn’t work

Sometimes tutorials were done in earlier versions of the software and sometimes things change.
Make sure you’re using the latest version of ZBrush. ZB4R 6P2
Also keep in mind that high poly models may not react well.
