Zsphere rigging hitting floor?

Hi all,

I’m having an issue that when I save my zsphere rig and then re-open it, it looks to be hitting the floor and flattening out. Does anyone have any tips on how to avoid this? Tia!

Is the model large? I remember there used to be a limit on ZSphere size but I think that was solved ages ago. Which version of ZBrush are you using?

I’m using the latest version 21.6.4, but yeah the model is around 20 MP

It’s definitely the floor affecting it.

The floor will be at the base of your model automatically. And I was talking about scale, not how many polygons.

I think it would be best if you contacted Pixologic Support.

Ok I get you. When rigging it the floor was at the base of the model like you have said , but after saving the rig and then re-opening the floor seems to have shifted. I’ll have a play with the scale and also do what you suggest. Thanks for the help
