ZSphere problem : When I move one sphere, the spheres nearby get affected (with pics)

I’ve a human figure which I’ve used ZPlugins > Transpose Master > TPoseMesh to setup the zspheres for rigging.
Once done, I click “Bind Mesh”.

Now, when I click the spheres for the shoulder area to move it and rotate it very slightly, the hair that are nearby the shoulders get affected and moves along.

When I click the sphere for the belly to make the figure bend a bit, the hair also moves along, even though it’s so far away!
The head itself and other parts don’t move though, only the sides of the hair.

What could be the issue?

Have you tried masking the head/hair area?

Yup, but doesn’t work. But I found a fix for this

Since the hair moves when I move the arm and torso, I added zsphere rigs to the affected part of the hair, and now when I move the arms, the hair stays still

Yes, that’s the way to do it! :+1:

The influence from the zspheres is automatic so sometimes you have to add more zspheres to control the shape as you want.
