ZSphere - Adaptive Skin Issue

Hello ZBrushCentral Community.
I’m pretty new to ZBursh and I looked up some ZSpheres tutorials but I couldn’t find a solution for my problem.
At first I was surprised how good ZSpheres work but now I have a problem with the Adaptive Skin.

Looks even weirder in high res

Ok… I deleted half of this Thread in the middle because I found something out.
I made a 3D polymesh out of the hand and smoothed it very much and it looks like that he middle finger is somehow connected differently to the rest of the hand

I dont know what I did wrong…

Lots of settings and techniques.

When I was modeling the salamander, I stopped around the ankle and then used the ZModeler brush. Watch the size and position of your zspheres. Maybe make the part above the fingers a bit smaller.
