I looked up soe vidoes on YouTube today about the basics of Zbrush. So far, I know simple things (making a sphere and modifying it), symetry, basic hotkeys, etc. Something I really want to learn how to do is setup Zsketch (or whatever its called- it kinda looks like you areo drawing with a pencil and paper, with spheres). I’ve looked it up on various places, but I couldn’t find out on how to activate it. Could somebody please explain how (in very noob-like terms, please  )
Zsketch -> Edit Sketch (Shift-A) will activate sketching and sketching brushes when your current tool is a single or group of zspheres. Toggle out of it by hitting shift-A again. Meshes are on the Unified Skin tab of the tool pallet (the A key when in Zsketch mode.) Adaptive skins can be done as well by binding the sketch and using the A key when NOT in Zsketch mode. Video tuts are avilable:

and go to the “Sketching with Zspheres Basics” series (the one with the shrimp-like creature). There are about a dozen short videos there that will give you all the basics.
Ryan K also has a more complete tour of Zsphere sketching (known collectively as Zspheres II from Gnomon workshop: http://www.thegnomonworkshop.com/includes/bundles/rki_bundle.php
