I have been working on making deformed shapes and have recorded the scripts for each. Several of the scripts do not run correctly upon playback- the figures are definitely distorted and are different from the original figure. I started with a clean slate each time I recorded a new script- I initialized ZBrush and tried to keep the movements and such simple. Any insights on why this would happen? I can provide a file and a pic to show what is happening. Many thanks in advance!
Hi Mentat, did you use the zoom keys or pan on the canvas any? This sometimes causes problems.
I don’t think that I did that- I was working in the default screen size and kept everything small. I guess it is possible though…I do know that I enlarged and reduced the images in the EDIT pallet. Would that make a difference?
Hi,
Mentat: As mentioned by Muvlo (thanks Muvlo
) canvas stroke command may not be properly recorded when the canvas is in zoom mode (this is true for version 1.23b, next version will not have this problem). If you encounter a different problem, please email me a small ZScript file (preferably with an image depicting the proper final shape) and I’ll ‘take a look’

I will try again and this time I will pay attention to the zooming. Hopefully that is all it was. Thanks Pix and Muvlo!!
Here a Little Tip i told Ron Because it will not work for others…
when Making a ZSript its Not a Good idea to
1: import
2: Record after making stuff Like the MRGBZ Grabber then grabing the APLHA ,Texture…
start from New and allways double check your ZScript By closing ZBrush and re checking it…
the reason why it didn’t work at first ron is you made a ALPHA with mrgbz grabber Before Recording and THEN desided to use it.
