zremeshing eyelids and lips

When I zremesh and eyelid or lips it does not give me a perfect loop. I use zremesher guides but not sure what is the best settings or placement of the edge loops to get good clean loops at a very low poly count. Also when you try to place small remesher guidelines they snap to previous loops which can cause nightmare topology.

What settings and layouts will give nice clean geometry in this area which is easy to sculpt on cleanly?

In this photo I tried a simple loop around the lids on left and the right is the remesh. Not quite what I expect. Spirals around the eye and weird pinching on the mouth. I also need a really high poly count to just maintain eyelid shape as opposed to something say like 1000-2000 polygons which I could get if I manually retopologized. My settings for this was target polygon count of 2.405 and curve strength 80.
