Zremesher

Hi,

Having a problem when I retypo my mesh. I decimated my mesh and it has a poly count of 300,000 and tried to make it low poly using Zremsher. But when I do this only certain parts of my mesh show up as low poly (see image). Any help on how to fix this would be great.

I can’t be sure, but it looks like I’m looking at two overlapping meshes. You can switch on Solo mode (on the right side of the default UI viewport, or in the Transform menu) to be sure you are only viewing the active subtool.

It looks like you have one high poly mesh overlapping with a low poly mesh. To reclaim the detail for the low poly mesh, you would need to subdivide it sufficiently, and project the detail from the original mesh onto the new mesh, using one of the various methods for doing so.
