ZRemesher! HELP!! What happened?
Can anyone help me fix this? :frowning:

So i already made a suit for my character i was following this tutorial of his: (Link below)

when i click the Zremesher my suit turn to crap? Why is that so? I turn my ā€œTARGET POLYGON COUNTS: .04ā€ as he say but unfortunately it’s a disaster but when i increase the Target polygon counts it take less disaster. The polygon is much more smaller, and that’s not what i’m looking for i want to do what he have done in 3DS max Time: 9:24.

What is ZRemesher by the way? I’m asking so i have a better understanding/knowledge for people who have experience. Please don’t be mean. I know it’s a stupid question.

Also i don’t know if this is the right thread/site for asking this question but whenever i add Shell extension to my clothes in 3DS max my suit look’s crap again -_-

Think you need to adjust the shells ā€œinnerā€ and ā€œouterā€ amount under parameters.

@Synn Thank you very much for your response i will try that after i have the solution on my first problem. Can you answer the first problem i am talking about? How do i fix the model without making my model a disaster through ZRemesher?

W/O pic’s I can’t tell, but by your question make a duplicate of your suit, zremesh the original copy then subdivide it up to about the same poly count( doesn’t have to be identical ) as the copy, then project all. Hope that helps.
