Hello good day
I wanted to know if it is possible to apply ZRemesh only to a portion of the model, in other words to apply zremesh only to a group of polygons, or to an area of my model?

Sure! Just hide whatever portion of the mesh you dont want to re-mesh prior to Zremeshing.

This will create some ugly geometry at the seams though.

FreezeBorder will help with the join but there will probably still be some ugly topology.
