Hi all,
The Zproject brush is giving me a hard time - and I need help.
For simplicity sake imagine that I am working on a spere with bumps or some spikes as my .obj as my base tool; and a box (elongated) as my active tool. I want to transpose the sphere and spikes onto the box in such a way that a) the spere is offcenter inside the box and b) I want to retain the basic box but only show a section of the sphere and spikes . This means that I am working only from the front and partially from the sides and top. There are differing distances to paint. The end result should be a part of the box, with an partial sphere and spikes ‘carved’ out of the box.
Mine always ends up a mess, either pained too deep, or not being able to paint sections at all, or when I work from the sides I cannot see/find the base sphere.
Any experts out there who can advise? Appreciated.
