Zoom factor? 3.5

Hello ZB pepps,
When I hit “F” to frame my model, it’s centered, but just a little too zommed in. Like the head and feet on a humanoid character will be just slightly outside of the edit mode square. Anywhere I can tweak this value?

IIRC, if you hit it once, it zooms in on your subtool - twice, the whole model.

Yep, and I love that feature. But it’s when I try to see the entire model that it’s still a tiny bit too zoomed in.

Append a plane to your model as a new subtool and then scale it so that it is a bit larger than the rest. Flip the normals (Tool>Display Properties>Flip) for the plane so that it disappears (but keep the eye icon on so that the plane is ‘visible’). Framing will now take the plane into account and give you more space around your model.
