I have no issues while navigating with mouse, however when using pen, zooming and rotating kind of lingers after I took my pen away of surface and also I have big performance loses and random skips.
Wacom Intuous.
I made the recording, but it doesnt show it well, as you can’t record the interaction itself.
Does anyone have a suggestion what settings to change?

Your animation is too low res for me to make out much detail. Are you using the most up to date version of ZBrush? A few versions ago there were some significant tablet issues with Windows ink that were fixed in subsequent releases. If your version is out of date, please upgrade.
Otherwise, technical issues should be directed to Pixologic Support. We would likely need to look at your installation information in more depth, and we don’t do that over the community Usage Questions forums.

This forum puts limitation on file size. Hence low res.
I use newest trial version, which is 2020.1.4.
Overall performance with pen is somehow weak (even with mouse i dont see 60fps… huh?), stroke is lingering and i have weird clipping, presented on the gif below.
