Zmodeler menu showing offscreen on cintiq 13hd....

Does anyone know if there is a way to change where the zmodeler menu displays when pressing the spacebar? I’m using a cintiq 13hd and the menu continually shows only half of the options as the rest of them are off the top of my screen. Wasn’t sure if there was a way to set the popup to always display in middle of screen. Thanks for any help!

Doesn’t the menu pop up at the cursor position? It does for me, so all that’s needed is to position the model lower down.

I tried that. It works with vert and edge selected but not face. In face mode half the menu is always cut off at the top of the screen no matter how low I move my model down…

What resolution do you have your cintiq set to? You should be able to get 1920 x 1080 which will be more than enough for ZBrush and the ZModeler menu display correctly.

I just double checked, it is indeed set to 1920x1080…see attached images to see the issue. I really appreciate the help so far, thank you for trying to help me with this…its driving me nuts because I’m trying to learn the Zmodeler…

Hmm, that’s odd. I only have a screen res of 900 px high on my Mac and that’s OK.

I see you have 4R7 P2. The latest version is P3 and you should upgrade. I can’t promise that it will make any difference to this issue but it might:

I just updated, still no luck. I’m starting to think I’ll need to update the cintiq drivers, but I rolled those back to an earlier version when I first got the tablet last month as my strokes were blobby and unresponsive with the latest drivers…go figure. Thanks again for the helpful tips.

Updated Wacom drivers, …still having the issue. Is there some way to contact some tech support directly from Pixologic?

Yes, you can submit a tricket at Pixologic Support.

But I’m not convinced that your resolution - for ZBrush - is 1920x1080. Do you have another monitor and is the cintiq mirroring that display? That may be the problem.

The cintiq 13HD in this video seems to have much more screen space:

Ok, I finally figured it out. I needed to change the scale of my buttons in the UI control panel. My setting was at 44, the default is 40. 38 seems to work nicely on this size screen. Thanks again for trying to figure this out with me.

Glad you got it sorted out.
