Zbrushcore 2018 crashig frequently

Hi! I have been using Zbrushcore 2018.1 extensively recently and it seems to crash frequently with the following error message.

The crashes are random but usually occur when I have been using Zbrushcore for sometime and make quick strokes when working on minute details say, character hair or cloth. This is really frustrating since I am really zoned out at the time and Zbrushcore suddenly crashes. I have lost significant work because of this.
The previous zbrushcore version did not have this issue.
Is there a fix or update to resolve this issue or can you please look into this.

My system specs are as follows:
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Intel Core i7-7700HQ
16GBメモリ
GeForce GTX1060 6GB
1TB HDD

The first thing I’d recommend would be to do a full reinstall of ZBrushCore 2018. Uninstall it and delete its folder. Also delete the C:\Users\Public\PublicDocuments\ZBrushCoreData2018 folder. You can download the installer again from My Licenses. Make sure that your antivirus software (including Windows Defender) is temporarily disabled while downloading and installing.

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, I would recommend that you submit a Support ticket. Be sure to include your system specs and also explain that you were not getting this with ZBrushCore but are getting it with ZBrushCore 2018.

Bear in mind that random crashes are almost impossible to troubleshoot because the team can’t fix what they can’t duplicate. But the additional information that you provided here could help them narrow it down a bit.
