Hey, I’ve only used Zbrush for a few months now and this is my first time encountering this problem. I Am trying to save a tool and it won’t save, it does not work if I save as project either. I have about 3+ on this model and I don’t want to start all over. When I press save tool I get that normal explorer window, but when I hit save nothing happens, please help!
What do you mean when you say nothing happens? Does the Explorer window stay open? So the Explorer Save button isn’t working?
Have you tried dropping down to your lowest subdivision level and then try to save?
Yeah, nothing happens, the explorer window just stays open, the button just lights up, I even left it up for some minutes. I have tried to change sublevels. I even loaded up some other models and I can’t save those either.
Sounds like maybe a Windows problem. What operating system are you running? Does Save work in other programs?
I don’t know what caused it, but I got it working! Thanks for your time 
Sometimes a simple restart of your computer will fix problems like this. Glad to hear you got the problem solved.
