Is there a Master List of what is/isn’t included in ZBrushCore vs the full version of ZBrush? What I’ve found has been very general and not very specific. I need to know what buttons are in the Core version so I can help a fellow user trouble shoot basic newbie issues. I’ll tell him to click a button and he won’t have it in his version.

I’m also having trouble open his tools and project files. I’m guessing the R8 upgrade will resolve these issues, but wasn’t sure if there was a non obj work around.

There are also some other strange things that I think were just overlooked with the software. An example being, when you look at the info on the Transparency button it says you can change the transparency in Preferences > Draw > Active Opacity Slider. Normal version of ZBrush has this, but the Core version states to change the opacity this way but that option is either missing from the software or moved?

The best resource for what you want is the ZBrushCore Reference Guide in the online docs:

It does not give a side-by-side comparison but you can check to see what is there and what isn’t.

You will have to wait until 4R8 for ZBrush to be able to open ZBrushCore projects. And yes, there are a few things that were overlooked. Thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply. That was the documentation I was trying to use. I think I’ll just pick up a copy of Core to make my life easier. Do you if there is a discount for existing users to purchase core?
