Zbrush uv's question

Hi everyone, I’m new to zbrush and uv’s.

I create a model for a game and i have trouble with my uv. I polypainted skin color on my mesh and I trying to just have my texture map and the problem is the uv look not standard like i see in some tutorial. I don’t know why but if you can help me please give me some tips!

My models is ready for the hair in 3ds max but without my texture map, normal map, displacement map I can’t continue working…

Here the models with BPR - Photoshop, to see how it is looking so far,

You can adjust the settings for the UV’s such as keep polygroups, symettry etc.
